New Energy Horizon’s team and China Shandong International Economic and Technical Corporation Ltd., conducted a visit to Senegal from the 24th until the 30th of December 2021, during which the teams finalized the technical and market study for the construction of Social Housing Units with the project consultant, as part of the National Program to reduce the gap between the high demand on housing realestate and the low supply of units, through supporting capable local developers.
The delegation, after finalizing official visits to the financiers and project bank, successfully signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the developer of the project to be the EPC contractor of phase one for the construction of 5 different types of social housing units.
New Energy Horizons and China Shandong International hosted a farewell dinner for the local developer and other parties engaged in the project, thanking them for their efforts to realize the project assuring the support of the companies as the EPC contractor of the project.
